Dear Players, Parents, Supporters and Guardians
The construction of the 350 Club is as follows

• Each number will cost £1 a week (£4-00 a month by standing order to run for a minimum 12 month**) and this number will be entered into a monthly draw
• If a parent takes 2 numbers (£8-00 a month by standing order to run for a minimum 12 month**) then their CHILD which is playing for any of the junior teams will be exempt from paying MATCH FEES. **If your child leaves the club then the 12 month is not compulsory and the standing order can be stopped.
• If a parent takes 3 numbers (£12-00 a month by standing order to run for a minimum 12 month**) then their 2 CHILDREN that are playing for any of the junior teams will be exempt from paying MATCH FEES.** If your children leave the club then the 12 month is not compulsory and the standing order can be stopped.
• Each number (1-250) will be randomly selected for each person that joins the “350 CLUB” and this number will be theirs for the full 12 month subscription.
• At the end of each month the draw will take place at the committee meeting and results will be made available to all team managers and be put on the Junior Web Site.
• The proposed monthly prize list is as follows (as long as 250 numbers are taken, if not then prizes will be reduced proportionately). Prizes will be paid by cheque and posted to winners within 3 or 4 days of the draw

By law all numbers allocated must be to persons over 16 years old. Parents may purchase a number on behalf of their child.
If you are interested in joining the “350 CLUB” then please fill in the slip below and Standing Order Authority and return to your team manager . You must carry on paying match fees until you hear from your manager to as whether the standing order has been successful. Standing Order can be set up online but you must inform the club if you set up online.
